Summer is coming and of course i'm trying to get a perfect bikini body. Who doesn't? I also love to read all the fitness and diet blogs on tumblr because there are so many cool posts and pictures which are quite inspiring. Motivation is another topic. Okay, but now i want it for real (again! XD) that's why i want to share with you my "diet plan" if you can call it like that. I hope i can inspire and motivate you, too.
So, the first post is about hydration.
1. DRINK ENOUGH WATER
I think you read and hear this all the time. Keep in mind that water is your best friend, not only in a diet but also always. You will feel a lot better if you just drink enough water. I always had a problem with it but now i try to drink at least 1,5l a day. In the morning i drink a cup of green tea, it's a daily routine and that's why 300ml are secured. At home i've got those 2l bottles of Vittel. Try to drink a half of it (approx. 4 glasses) and the remaining 200ml are maybe in your food :) Done!
2. AVOID UNNECESSARY CALORIES
Okay, this might be a difficult point for some of you but for me it works well. I don't have juices or other drinks at home besides water. And if i do it's Coke Light or Zero. I know, some say it's not better than normal Coke, chemical shit and so on but... well, it hasn't got any calories. And i don't care about the munchies rumor or the different taste, it's still Coke for me.
I drink tea without sugar and black coffee. If you get used to it, it's not a big topic.
But surely there are exceptions! If i go out with my friends i order ice tea, alcoholic drinks etc. of course. I think i just can't leave off that but it's good to know if you can control yourself at least at home.
